Why 'Kadi Patta'?
We get asked very often about why we chose Kadi Patta as our studio name, so we thought we needed to tell you..
Kadi Patta is the Hindi name for curry leaves, which is also often known as meethi neem. It is used as a spice in most of the dishes in India. Kadi Patta, as we like to put it, is an all rounder masala! It is used for its tremendous health benefits as well as it's delicious flavour, for its aroma and also for garnishing! Which is why we chose the name as a metaphor for its versatility, which also happens to be the essence of our work at Studio Kadi Patta. We hope you find our products as interesting as our name! :D
About us
Kadi Patta started in October 2020 when we got our first interior styling project with The Design Charrette in Indore. Eventually, we launched our first handmade glass earring collection called ‘Quwwat’ in December 2020.
Kadi Patta is now a lifestyle product and interior styling brand.
We work in various materials such as ceramic, glass, wood, fabric to give you the perfect product for you and your home. Kadi Patta was initially just about bringing our simple ideas to life, but eventually it has become more inclusive of the factors pertaining to the environment and community. We would love to have you on this journey.
